Clément Chouquet-Stringer, Director of Agence Lease Protect France in Lyon, talks about his career, the development of his agency and his future ambitions.
Can you introduce yourself?
" Hello, I'm Clément Chouquet-Stringer, Branch Manager in Lyon for Lease Protect France. I arrived in Lyon at the dawn of my 18th birthday to study, and have never left (#LN1 🔥). 13 years later, I'm still enjoying it just as much! An epicurean at heart, with a passion for gastronomy, skiing and fine wines, among other things, I devour this town and our beautiful region wholeheartedly. At the same time, I like to travel as much as possible. "
Can you tell us about your career with the Group?
" Recruited by Jeremy Benaich, I joined the Group on June 15, 2020 as a BtoB salesman (after two false starts when Covid first appeared) when our beautiful Lyon Regional Operations Department was still just an agency. After quickly proving my worth, I was able to move up to the position of Head of Sales, where I began to coach and support a small team, helping them to achieve their objectives and develop their skills. Finally, since January 1, 2022, thanks to the confidence of Jérémy Benaich, Joachim Bismuth - Operations Director for the Eastern region - and of course Patrick Lascar & Mikael Choucroun, our founders, I've been able to progress to the position of Agency Manager, giving me greater latitude, responsibility and opportunities within my agency. "

What's your wish list for the next 5 years?
" Over the next five years, I'm aiming to grow my team, both in terms of numbers and in terms of the skills of each individual; and, of course, while continuing to have a great deal of fun in the process. At the same time, I'd like to develop new services and new ideas within the Group, such as promoting customer satisfaction on our social networks.

What advice would you give to new recruits?
" As far as new recruits are concerned, the advice I would give is as follows: " Be invested, involved, determined and don't give up! Your efforts will pay off and be rewarded."
