Right to be forgotten/erased

Right to access
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we have collected about you.
Right to rectification
You may ask us to correct any incorrect personal data we may hold about you.
Right to refuse automated decision
If a decision is taken by means of a fully automated process, and this decision is significantly prejudicial to you, you have the right to express your point of view and to oppose this decision. You also have the right to know the criteria used for this decision. Please note that we use credit scoring and DMM techniques as part of our credit risk assessment and approval process. This processing is legitimate in the context of your financing application. This is not a fully automated decision-making process, insofar as any negative response on our part is systematically confirmed by one of our staff. They do not therefore fall within the scope of the right not to be subject to an automated decision.
